In-Kind Donations Needed

This is a partial list of items that we can accept as in-kind donations toward the 2011 NACAA AM/PIC.

If you get a donation of any of these items, please contact the webmaster at rmcmahon@ksu.edu so it can be removed from the list.

Also, please contact the committee chairman so they can cross it off their list too!

For Hospitality room for volunteers (Contact Tonya Bronleewe at tonyab@ksu.edu):

• 40+ dozen cookies
• 700 bottles of water
• Lemonade mix
• Tea mix
• Soda
• Paper goods
• Purple Vests w/ conference logo

For Registration bags (Contact Tonya Bronleewe at tonyab@ksu.edu):

• Reusable water bottles (to encourage folks to use those instead of one-time use bottles throughout the conference)
• Bags
• Pens
• Jump drives
• Highlighters
• Coupons to local eateries

For the Sons & Daughters Program (Contact Greg McClure at gmcclure@ksu.edu):

• Frisbees (150-200 if they are donated free)
• Kites (20?)
• Water bottles – I’m not planning to buy them, but would take them if they’re free
• Pens, pencils, and other small items (about 200 each)
• Drawstring bags (planning to buy, but would take free)
• T-shirts (planning to buy, but would take free)
• Rain ponchos (planning to buy, but would take free)

For Spouses Tours (Contact Bob Neier at bneier@ksu.edu):

• 800 bottles of water
• A variety of pre-packaged snacks for 250 people
